Tofu is an indispensable ingredient in the daily diet of Chinese people! Tofu is affordable, delicious, and can be processed into various other products such as dried tofu (tofu puffs), tofu skin, and tofu pudding - all of which are culinary treasures within our food culture.This course will guide students to understand the historical evolution of the tofu family, learn about the origins of tofu, and recognize various types of tofu products. While listening to fascinating legends and stories, students will experience the tofu-making process firsthand and taste delicious tofu and tofu pudding. Through a complete learning experience that combines knowledge, hands-on creation, and tasting, students will gain a deeper understanding of tofu's important place in Chinese food culture.
豆腐是華人日常吃食不可缺少的食材呦!豆腐便宜又好吃,還可加工做成豆乾、豆皮、豆花等美味食品,是飲食文化中的重要寶藏。課程中將帶領學生認識豆腐家族的歷史沿革,了解豆腐的歷史起源,認識各種不同的豆腐類型。在聆聽趣味傳說故事的同時體驗豆腐的製作過程,並品嘗可口的豆腐或豆花。透過認識、製作、品嘗的完整體驗,深入了解豆腐在華人飲食文化中的重要地位。
