As the highlight at the end of the course, children will use traditional techniques to handcraft their very own melt-in-your-mouth, silky-smooth mung bean cakes — and through the process of kneading, pressing, and unmolding, experience the warmth and charm of traditional pastry culture, bringing home a heartfelt and delicious handmade treat!
