Five Animal Frolics originated from the traditional health-preserving practice created by the famous Eastern Han physician Hua Tuo. It is not only a fun activity that imitates animal movements, but also a great way to strengthen the body and improve flexibility and strength. Under the teacher’s guidance, children will transform into a tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and bird—exercising happily while building strength and vitality.
