Traditional pastries play a significant and cherished role in Chinese culture — behind every pastry lies a rich history and a beautiful, meaningful message.In this course, children will explore the historical origins of traditional pastries, listen to fascinating legends surrounding various beloved treats, and discover the colorful patterns and auspicious symbols found on traditional pastry molds. As a highlight at the end of the course, children will use traditional techniques to make their very own soft and delicious red tortoise cakes — and through the hands-on process of kneading, shaping, and pressing the mold, experience firsthand the warmth and charm of traditional pastry culture!
傳統糕點在中華文化中扮演著舉足輕重的角色，每一款糕點背後，都承載著豐富的歷史故事與美好寓意。課程中，孩子將探索糕點的歷史起源，聆聽各種糕點的趣味傳說，認識糕模上豐富多彩的圖案意象與吉祥象徵。課程最後，更將以傳統手法親手製作潤口美味的紅龜粿，在揉、捏、壓模的過程中，用雙手感受傳統糕點文化的溫度與魅力！
